2022-23 Outdoor
- Claimed his second discus title and fifth total national title in the discus with his last throw at the NCAA Championships, going 66.22m/217-3 to best Arkansas's Roje Stona.
- Earned silver in the shot put at the NCAA Championships, being bested by Arizona's Jordan Geist on the final throw of the competition. Washington led prior to that with a 21.04m/69-0.50 mark.
- Finished first in the shot put at the NCAA West Regionals, going 20.99m/68-10.5. Took third in the discus with 63.48m/208-3.
- Finished as the runner-up in both the shot put (20.35m) and discus (62.92m) at the Pac-12 Championships.
2022 Pac-12 Winter Honor Roll
- 2023 indoor shot put bronze medalist (20.72m/67-11.75). Competed in just two meets en route to qualifying for the indoor championships.
2022 Outdoor
- Earned 2nd place at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a season-best shot put throw of 21.05m
- Earned 10th at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a season-best discus throw of 58.33m
- Won his second consecutive NCAA indoor shot put crown and fourth total NCAA title at the 2022 NCAA Indoor Championships when he threw 21.65m/71-1/2. He won hours before teammate Jorinde van Klinken would win her own NCAA indoor shot crown.
2020-21 Outdoor
- Named a finalist for The Bowerman on July 14.
- Competed at the U.S. Track and Field Olympic Trials where he finished 17th overall in the first qualyfiing round of the discus (58.65/192-5).
- Earned his third NCAA title of 2021 and second at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on June 11 when he threw the disc 63.42m/208-1. Becomes the third male in NCAA history to win the indoor/outdoor shot titles and discus title in the same year after John Godina '95 (UCLA), and Ryan Whiting '10 (ASU).
- Ended the season leading the NCAA in both the shot (21.07m/69-1.5) and discus (66.26m/217-5).
- Earned his second NCAA title in 2021 on June 9 when he won the outdoor shot with a 21.10m/69-2.75 throw on his third throw of the day, setting a new PR and increasing his collegiate lead.
- Named USTFCCCA West Region Male Field Athlete of the Year June 4.
- Bested his program-leading discus mark twice, first on April 10 (64.57m) then ultimately on April 17 (66.26m/217-5). Discus and shot put marks both hit the USATF and IAAF standards - he'll compete at USATF Trials in June for a chance to go to Tokyo 2021.
- Earned USTFCCCA National Male Athlete of the Week honors on March 23, April 20, and May 4.
- Broke the program outdoor discus record 3/19/21 when he went (64.23m/210' 8") on his fifth attempt, passing Ryan Whiting (62.08m, 2009). It was the first time since 2018 he'd competed in the discus.
- Flirted with the outdoor shot program record (21.97m) Feb. 3 when he went 21.07m/69' 1.5" on his third attempt at the Grand Canyon Invite.
- National Champion in the shot put with a fifth-round throw of 21.36m/70'1" at the NCAA Division I Indoor National Championships.
- Awarded USTFCCCA West Region Field Athlete of the Year on March 4, also named to The Bowerman watch list March 4.
- Went 21.85m (71-8.25) on his final attempt (six) at the Texas Tech Shootout in Lubbock, Texas, Feb. 13, setting a new NCAA indoor shot record and topping former all-time best Payton Otterdahl of North Dakota State who threw 21.81m/71-06.75 ft in 2019. Washington moved up to No. 1 on the ASU top-10 indoor list for the event, passing Olympian Ryan Whiting's 21.73m from 2008.
- Started the year by breaking the Texas Tech Invitational shot put meet and facility records Jan. 30 when he went 20.94m/68-8 ½ feet on his final throw. Throw moved Washington to second all-time at ASU and set a new PR. He entered the weekend ranked third all-time.

- Earned USTFCCCA 2020 Indoor All-America honors in the shot.
- One of six Sun Devil men selected to the MPSF All-Academic team.
- Earned Pac-12 spring honor roll honors June 2020.

- Won the indoor shot put (20.43m) by 10 feet at the NAU Friday Night Duals, the throe putting him at the top of the NCAA and good for third in program history behind NCA record-holder and Olympian Ryan Whiting and former NCAA Champion Jordan Clarke.
- Won the shot put (19.53m) at the Lumberjack Invitational.
- Won the shot put (18.84m) at the New Mexico Invitational.
- Took ninth in the shot put (19.69m) at the Don Kirby Elite meet.
- Took third in the shot put (19.18m) at the MPSF Championships.
- Finished 19th in the shot put (19.31m) at the USA’s national meet.

2017-18 Outdoor
- Finished third in the discus (53.18m) at the Willie Williams Classic March 2018.
- Finished second in the discus (54.84m) at the Aztec Invitational March 2018.
- Won the discus (55.91m) at the Jim Click Shootout.
- Took second in the discus open (56.05m) at the Triton Invitational.
- Won the discus (56.60m), set a personal best, and took the No.1 mark in the Pac-12 at the Desert Heat Classic.
- Took fourth in the discus (54.38m) at the Pac-12 Championships.
- Threw 55.38m at the Tucson Elite Classic.
- Finished 10th after throwing 55.39m at the NCAA West Prelims.
- Finished 19th (53.36m) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
High School:
- Graduate of Canyon Del Oro in Tucson, Arizona.
- 2017 silver medalist at the Pan-Am Junior Championships in the discus throw.
- Named the 2017 Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of Arizona after winning a national title at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor Championships with a toss of 223’0 feet (67.97m) in the discus throw.
- Set a personal-best of 227’10.25 feet (69.44m) in May of 2017, good for the top prep mark in the country and is the fourth-best in prep history.

- Earned his bachelor's in conservation biology in Decemeber 2020. Pursuing a masters degree in Sports Law and Business starting fall 2021.
- Son of three-time Olympian Anthony Washington, who competed in three consecutive summer games. Anthony won Olympic gold in the discuss in 1999, and won gold at the Pan Am games in '91 and '99.
