2020-21 Indoor - Did not compete

2019 Outdoor
  • Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the javelin throw where she eventually finished 39th
  • Took 16th at the Pac-12 Championships in the jav
  • Set a personal best and moved to fourth all-time in school history in the javelin throw with a mark of 48.11m/157-10 from the Desert Heat Classic

High School:
  • Set the Pitman school record in the discus and javelin, as well as in the 4x100-and 4x400-meter relays.
  • Was a 2016 Outdoor New Balance All-American in javelin.
  • Holds the Philippine junior record for the javelin.
  • Earned all-academic league honors seven times and took the Pitman high scholar athlete award three times.
  • Played for the Pitman varsity basketball team for three years and was the team captain for her junior and senior seasons.
 
Personal: Cerah Moren was born July 22, 1999 to Fe and Thad Moren... She will major in mathematics with a secondary education certificate at ASU… Cerah has two younger brothers, Jarod and Deric.

The 80’s just because I grew up listening to that music with my dad. It would’ve been cool to be there when the music was first released.

To stay true to who you are and your own goals.
What was the single-biggest challenge of your life?
Being told that I wouldn’t come back as strong after getting surgery on my throwing arm. Working hard to get back better was difficult.
