2017 Indoor:
- Finished 2nd overall in the weight throw at the MPSF Championships with a toss of 19.86m
- Hit a new indoor personal best in the shot put at 17.67m with a 7th-place finish at the MPSF Championships
- Moved up into 3rd on the ASU indoor all-time list in the weight throw after hitting 19.98m at the Don Kirby Elite Invite
2016 Outdoor:
- Recorded personal bests in the shot put (17.83m), discus (57.32m), and hammer throw (61.60m) in 2016
- Competed in hammer (30th) and discus (17th) at the NCAA West Preliminary
- Placed 4th in the discus, 5th in the hammer throw, and 15th in the shot put at the Pac-12 Championships
- Had a strong outing at the 2016 Duel in the Desert, notching a first-place finish in the hammer throw and second-place nod in the discus
- Finished the Triton Invitational with a 4th-place finish in the discus throw and 5th in the hammer throw
- Earned a second-place nod in discus at the Pac-12 vs. Big 10 Invite with a throw of 185' 2''
- Never finished lower than 5th in any regular season discus throw event
- Garnered a first-place finish in the weight throw at the NAU Tune Up with a toss of 59' 2.25''
- Placed in second in the weight throw at the Don Kirby Elite with a throw of 60' 6.5''
- Earned a second-place finish at the Texas A&M Quadrangular in the weight throw with a toss of 58' 2''
- Captured first-place honors in the weight throw at the Lumberjack Team Challenge with a throw of 58' 1.25''
2015 Outdoor:
- Placed sixth in the discus at the Pac-12 Championships
- Threw personal bests in the shot put and discus with 16.85m (55-3.50) and 54.59m (179-01), respectively, at the Duel In The Desert (5/2)
- Threw a personal best of 60.39m (198-01) in the hammer throw, taking second at the Triton Invite (4/25) and ranking ninth in school history.
2015 Indoor:
- Placed third in the shot put with 16.70m (54-09.50) at the Friday Night Duals (1/17)
- Placed seventh in weight throw at the New Mexico Team Invite (1/31) with a personal best of 17.41m (57-01.50).
2014 Outdoor:
- Participated in the Pac-12 Championships in discus, hammer throw and shot put.
- Finished eleventh at the Pac-12 Championships in the hammer throw with a career best 53.88m (176-09).
- Placed second in discus at the ASU Invitational (51.23m; 168-01).
2014 Indoor:
- Finished fifth in the shot put at the Lumberjack Challenge with a career best 16.81m (55-2.00).
- Placed ninth in the weight throw at the Lumberjack Challenge with a career best 15.40m (50-6.25).
2013:
- Redshirted the 2013 indoor & outdoor season.
High School:
- Long entered his senior season as the nation's third-best returning discus thrower in the nation with a career-best of 202-10.
- Was the 2011 Pennsylvania State Champion in both the shot put and the discus event.
- Held a career best throw of 59-2.00 in the shot put.
- Competed at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals two summers ago, where he was the runner-up in the discus with a mark of 190-0.
