- Opened his season with a victory in the pole vault at the Willie Williams Classic/Dave Murray Distance Carnival.
- Took second in the pole vault with a height of 5.31m at the Ted Nelson Invitational.
- Finished in the top-five in every event he competed in.

- Earned 2020 MPSF All-Academic honors
- Set a new personal best of 5.45m/17’10.5 feet at the New Mexico Team Open.
- MPSF Indoor Track & Field pole vault champion.

2018-19 Indoor
- Won all three pole vault competitions he competed in.
- Matched his personal best height of 5.32m/17’5.5 feet in his second competition of the season at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.
- Finished seventh at IAAF U20 Championships in the pole vault a few weeks after taking the silver medal at the U.S. Junior Championships.
- Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds as a true freshman where he finished 18th.
- Earned his first all-Pac-12 honor when he took fourth at the Pac-12 Championships.
- In his first outdoor competition as a s Sun Devil, he cleared 5.35m/17-6.5 to move to fifth all-time in school history.
- Won the pole vault at the Desert Heat Classic.
- Finished in the top-six at each of his regular season meets.
- Capped off a successful freshman season with a third-place finish at the MPSF Championships in the pole vault.
- Cleared 5.32m/17-5.5 feet to put himself at No. 4 indoors in ASU history.
- Won two competitions and finished in the top-seven at each of his outings and the top three in all but two.
High School:
- Set the Arizona high school record in pole vault in 2017 with a height of 5.36m/17-7 feet.
- Took second place at the USATF Junior National Championships
- Qualified for the Pan America Games in Peru during the 2017 season
Personal: Cole Riddle was born to Jeffrey and Amy Riddle on April 9, 1999… He has five siblings named Megan, Jacob, Allison, Katie and Emma… Riddle is studying Business Exploratory at ASU.
