Carrington enters his second season on the Sun Devil Football support staff after working within the recruiting office in 2017. This will be Carrington's first season as a graduate coaching assistant.
Carrington was a three-year letterwinner and All-Pac-12 selection for the Sun Devils from 2013-15 before spending time with the Washington Redskins organization as a defensive back.

- Appeared in seven games as a freshman at Pittsburgh in 2011 before transferring to ASU for the 2012 seaon
- Earned his Bachelor of Interdiscplinary Studies degree (African and African American Studies/Sociology) in May 2015

REDSHIRT SENIOR (2015):
- Started all 13 games
- Named a co-captain in May
- Recorded 53 tackles, including 46 solo, two tackles for loss and a sack, and added an interception, seven pass deflections, and six pass breakups
- Earned the program's Tim Landers Iron Man Award (player who has displayed an exemplary work ethic in the weight room, on the field and in the community)
- Earned the program's Darren Woodson Outstanding Secondary Award
- Had the game-sealing 38-yard interception return for a touchdown against Arizona (11/21) and added a season-high seven tackles
- Had five tackles in consecutive games against both No. 4 Utah (10/17) and Oregon (10/29)
- Recorded six tackles against Washington State (11/7)
- Had five tackles in back-to-back games against Cal Poly (9/12)) and New Mexico (9/18)
- Recorded two pass breakups and six tackles against Texas A&M (9/5) in the season opener
- Had three tackles and a sack against Colorado (10/10)

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2014):
- Started all 13 games
- All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention
- Earned Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week after an interception return for a touchdown, eight tackles and a sack against the Fighting Irish (11/8)
- Finished sixth on the team in total tackles with 58, including 43 solo and three sacks, and was sixth on the team in tackles for a loss with six
- Added one interception (which he returned 58 yards for a touchdown), one forced fumble, five pass breakups and six pass deflections
- Set a new career-high with 10 tackles against USC (10/4)
- Had his first career sack against Stanford (10/18), a 10-yard loss at a key point in the game that knocked Stanford out of field position with ASU ahead, 7-0
- Had six tackles and a tackle for loss against Washington (10/25)
- Had a career-high two tackles for loss (one sack) on six total tackles and a pass breakup against Utah (11/1)
- Led the team with seven tackles against Oregon State (11/15)

- Played in all 14 games with three starts
- Registered 25 tackles on the season
- Made his first start for the Devils on Oct. 31 at Washington State
- Recorded his lone interception of the season on Oct. 12 vs. Colorado
SOPHOMORE (2012):
- Redshirted after transferring from Pittsburgh
- Provided experience on scout team
PITTSBURGH (2011):
- Played in seven games as a true freshman reserve cornerback
- Finished with two tackles on the season
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Did not go out for varsity football until his senior year but impressed major-college recruiters with his size and speed
- Was “discovered” by the Lincoln football staff on the basketball court
- Had as many as 17 scholarship offers before signing with Pitt
- Selected All-District 12-4A as a senior and compiled 72 tackles and six interceptions
