TEMPE – Fans will get a chance to see the 2024 Sun Devil Gymnastics squad for the first time at the annual Maroon and Gold Intrasquad on Monday, December 18, at 6 p.m. MST in Desert Financial Arena.
The meet will be free to the public. For those not in attendance, it will be streamed on Instagram Live on the Sun Devil Gymnastics Instagram page (@sundevilgymnastics).
The 2024 squad returns all but two routines from last season and is ranked No. 19 in the WCGA Preseason Coaches Poll. Arizona State ended the 2023 regular season with a 7-6 record, finishing up the season ranked No. 15 on Road to Nationals in head coach Jay Santos' seventh season. With a team NQS of 197.105, that was the third time ever that ASU ended the regular season with an NQS over 197, two of which have been while Santos has been in Tempe. Seeded for the third season in a row for the postseason, the Sun Devils advanced to the NCAA Regional Finals for the second time in three years.
