2- The Sun Devil women's basketball program was the only program in the Pac-12 to have two players, Quinn Dornstauder and Kelsey Moos, named to the All-Academic first-team.

2- Two members of the football team, Nick Ralston and Frederick Gammage, were the only two players in the Pac-12 Conference with perfect 4.0 grade-point averages.
3– Three volleyball players earned Pac-12 All-Academic honors. Halle Harker and Cassidy Pickrell were named to the All-Academic First Team, and Lexi MacLean was named to the All-Academic Honorable Mention list.

3- Three football players were named to the 2017 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. Fred Gammage, Matt Haack and Laiu Moeakiola all maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher during their college career, qualifying them for membership in the honor society. The three also earned academic honors from the Valley of the Sun Chapter fo the National Football Foundation.
3.18- The average cumulative GPA for all student athletes is an all-time high of 3.18. The average cumulative GPA for female student athletes is 3.39, and the average cumulative GPA for male student athletes is 3.01.Proud to celebrate the Class of '17. #SunDevilsGraduate

3.38 – Senior member of the men's golf team, Jared du Toit, graduated with a 3.38 GPA earning him Second Team All-Academic honors from the Pac-12 Conference.
3.46- The hockey and cross country teams shared the highest cumulative GPA among the men's teams with a 3.46, while the hockey team had the highest spring semester GPA of the men's teams with a 3.45.The student-athlete experience and our student-athletes' success in the classroom is possible because of community support#FuelOurFuture pic.twitter.com/ULWsOtUl3w

3.65- The women's golf team held the highest cumulative and semester GPA of any team, with a 3.65 cumulative GPA and a 3.87 spring semester GPA.

4- Four baseball student-athletes earned Pac-12 All-Academic Honors. The Sun Devils had one first-team selection, one second-team selection and two honorable mention selections. This is the 21st consecutive season that ASU has had at least two representatives on Pac-12 All-Academic teams.
5- Five members of the women's golf team earned Academic All-Conference honors from the Pac-12. The team had two members named to the first team, one to the second team, while two earned honorable mention.

5 –Five members of the beach volleyball team were named to the Pac-12 All-Academic teams. The Sand Devils had a conference-best of four first-team honorees, as well as one second-team honoree.
5- The women's golf team earned five spots on the Women's Collegiate Golf Association All-American Scholars list. The team had the third most honorees among all Division I institutions, and tied for the most among the Power Five conferences.
5- The women's basketball team finished fifth in the nation among Division I institutions on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's annual Academic Top 25 Honor Roll. The team finished the 2016-2017 academic year with a 3.672 GPA, earning the Sun Devils the highest ranking in program history.
6- Six men's teams (cross Country, hockey, golf, track & field, wrestling and swimming & diving) posted both semester and cumulative GPAs above a 3.0.
6-The women's basketball team had six players earn Pac-12 All-Academic honors. The Sun Devils had two players earn first-team recognition (senior guard Kelsey Moos and senior center Quinn Dornstauder), one player earn second-team honors (senior forward Sophie Brunner). ASU was the only Pac-12 school with two first-team honorees and led all Pac-12 schools with three combined first- and second-team honorees.

7- Seven teams earned NCAA Academic Progress Rank scores in the top-10 percent. ASU ranked second in the Pac-12 for most teams recognized. Men's golf, men's basketball, women's basketball, women's golf, gymnastics, women's tennis, and women's volleyball all earned top-10 recognition.

7- The Pac-12 Conference named seven Sun Devil wrestlers to its All-Academic teams. Three wrestlers were named to the First Team, and four were named to the Honorable Mention list.
7- Seven Sun Devil student-athletes were named to CoSIDA's Academic All-District Teams. Corinne Belkoff, Richard Bohus, Anthony Croston and Jared du Toit were named to the First Team, and Bianca Arellano, Maud Koopman and Monica Vaughn were named to Second Team.
7- Seven women's teams (Triathlon, Beach Volleyball, Gymnastics, Golf, Basketball, Swimming and Diving, and Soccer) achieved a semester GPA above 3.5.
7- Seven Gym Devils were named to the All-Academic Teams. Two members earned spots on the Pac-12 Conference's First Team, and one member earned a spot on the Second Team. Four members received Honorable Mention honors.

8- Eight members of the Cross Country program earned All-Academic mentions. For the second-straight season CJ Albertson, Cody Brazeal and John Reniewicki were named to the First Team. Five members were named to the Honorable Mention list.
9- The Pac-12 Conference named nine members of the Women's Swimming and Diving team to its All-Academic Teams. Two members earned Second Team honors, and seven members earned Honorable Mention recognition.

10- For the tenth consecutive semester, the average student-athlete GPA was above a 3.0. In the spring semester student-athletes had an average cumulative GPA of 3.18, surpassing their fall semester GPA of 3.12.
10- Ten members of the Arizona State gymnastics team earned Scholastics All-America recognition by the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches. The team ended the year with a 3.57 GPA, placing them at third-best in the Pac-12 Conference and 19th-best in the nation.
10- The Arizona State football program had 10 players receive All-Academic honors from the Pac-12 Conference. Six players were named to the First Team, and four received Honorable Mention recognition.
11- Kelsey Moos became the 11th women's basketball player in Pac-10/12 history to earn First-Team Pac-12 All-Academic honors three times.
12- 12 members of the Men's Swimming and Diving Team earned All-Academic honors. Four members earned First Team honors, four earned Second Team honors and four earned Honorable Mention honors.

13- The women's soccer team had 13 players who earned All-Academic honors from the Pac-12 Conference. Madsion Stark, who has a 4.0 GPA, earned First Team honors. Two players earned second team honors and 10 players earned Honorable Mention recognition.
14- The Mountain Pacific Sports Federation named 14 members of the indoor track and field team as All-Academic Scholar Athletes. 11 women and 3 men were honored by MPSF.
16- 16 Sun Devils on the men's and women's swim and dive teams earned individual honors from The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America. The women earned the highest spring 2017 GPA in the Pac-12 (3.65) while the men finished second in the conference in both team GPA (3.33) and number of individual Scholar All-Americans.
21- Since Charli Turner Thorne's first season (1996-1997), the women's basketball team has led the Pac-12 Conference in the number of First Team All-Academic awards with 21 awards.
22- 22 Sun Devil Track & Field student-athletes received All-Academic honors from the Pac-12 Conference. Nine student-athletes were named to the first-or second-team All-Academic teams, and an additional 13 were awarded honorable mention.
26- The Sun Devil soccer program has led the conference since 2007 with a total of 26 All-Academic First Team awards.

34- Under head coach Todd Graham, the football program has received a total of 34 All-Academic honors from the Pac-12 Conference.
42- Since 2007 the women's soccer team has led the conference in the number of First and Second Team awards with 42 total awards.
43- Since the 1996-1997 season, the women's basketball team has led the conference in the combined number of First and Second Team All-Academic Awards with 43.
71- 71 percent of Sun Devil student-athletes achieved a semester or cumulative GPA above a 3.0. Six men's teams and 14 women's teams posted both semester and cumulative GPAs above a 3.0.
