2019 Outdoor
- Ran a wind-legal personal best 13.85 in the 100-meter hurdles to finish 13th at the Pac-12 Championships
- Clocked a PR in the 100 at the Desert Heat Classic
- Competed at all three of ASU's home meets and won the 100-meter hurdles at the ASU Invitational
2019 Indoor:
- Nearly advanced to her first conference final when she finished ninth at the MPSF Championships
- Ran a personal best 8.42 in the 60 hurdles at the MPSF Championships
- Set two PRs at the Lumberjack Team Challenge in the 60 and 200
2018 Outdoor:
- Cut her 100-meter hurdles time down by half a second to 13.73.
- Finished 10th at the Pac-12 Championships in the 100-meter hurdles.
- Ran a personal best 25.94 in the 200 at the Sun Angel Classic.
- Broke 14 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles and stayed below the mark in five of her seven races.
2018 Indoor:
- Took 12th in the 60-meter hurdles at the MPSF Championships.
- Dropped her personal best in the 60 and 60-meter hurdles to 8.11 and 8.60, respectively.
- Improved her 60-meter hurdles PR in four-straight outings.
2017 Indoor:
- Clocked a new personal best in the 200-meter dash at 26.95 at the Friday Night Duels
- Finished 60m hurdles 5th overall with a time of 8.88 during the NAU Friday Night Duels
2016 Indoor/Outdoor:
- Finished the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.52 at the Pac-12 vs Big 10 Invitational
- Recorded a time of 8.85 in the 60m hurdles at the NAU Tune Up

- Minnesota All-State Record Holder in the 100m hurdles
- All-Conference in 100m hurdles (2013-14), 300m hurdles (2012-14), and triple jump (2014)

Personal
- Parents are Jeffrey and Jennifer Williams, and has three younger siblings (2 brothers and 1 sister)
- Her mom, Jennifer, ran track and field at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn.
- Originally started competing in track to stay in shape for dance
- Enjoys painting and using pastels in her free time
