2020-21: Transferred to ASU after four years at Yale where she picked up first team All-Ivy honors, All-Region honors and reached seventh on Yale's all-time 10k list.

2019-20 Indoor

  • Won the 3,00-meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet.
  • Won the 3,000-meters and recorded a new personal best at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet.
  • Finished third and recorded a new personal best in the 5,000-meters at the Ivy League Indoor Championships.
2019-20 Cross Country
  • Finished second at the Yale-Harvard season opener.
  • Competed at the UVA Panorama Farms Invite, finishing 18th.
  • Finished third for Yale with a 21:11 time in the 6K at the Pre-Nationals Invitational.
  • Finished seventh at the 2019 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships earning first team All-Ivy honors.
  • Recorded a personal best in the 6K at the NCAA Northeast Regional, earning All-Regional honors by finishing 21st.
2018-19 Outdoor
  • Opened up her season at the Raleigh Relays running a personal best of 35:12.65 in the 10,00-meters placing her seventh on Yale’s all-time list.
  • Raced in the 10,00-meters at the Ivy League Outdoor Championships.
  • Finished sixth in the 5,00-meters at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships running 17:02.39.
2018-19 Indoor
  • Had a breakout season running a new lifetime best in every distance race.
  • Opened the season at Dartmouth-Yale-Colombia with a new lifetime best in the 3,00-meters of 9:56.75.
  • Finished seventh in the mile at Harvard-Yale-Princeton with a lifetime best of 5:02.52.
  • Set another lifetime best in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in the 5,00-meters with a time of 16:58.04, improving from her time by over 30 seconds.
  • Competed in the 5,00-meters at the Ivy League Indoor Championships.
2018-19 Cross Country
  • Finished 22nd at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet, finishing sixth on the team, setting a new collegiate best of 18:45.
  • Placed fifth on the team at the Pre-Nationals Invitational running a personal best 22:00 in the 6K.
  • Finished 52nd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Invitational.
  • Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional  
2017-18 Outdoor
  • Ran a lifetime best of 17:26.17 in the 5,00-meters at the University of Virginia Challenge.
  • Competed in her first ever 10,000-meters at the Ivy League Championships.
  • Ran a collegiate best of 4:47.36 in the 1,500-meters at the Harvard-Yale dual meet.
2017-18 Indoor
  • Competed in the mile at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet.
  • Competed in the 3,000-meters at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet.
  • Competed in her first 5,00-meters at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
  • Competed in the 3,00-meters at the Heptagonal Championships.
2017-18 Cross Country
  • Raced at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet.
  • Placed first on the team at the New England Championship meet.
  • Competed at the CCSU Mini meet, placing third.
  • Placed sixth at the Northeast Regional meet.
2016-17 Outdoor - Did not compete

  • Ran a personal best of 10:11.69 in the 3,00-meter at the Valentine Invitational.
  • Competed in the mile at the HYP meet.  
2016-17 Cross Country
  • Placed first in the sub-varsity race at the CCSU Mini Meet.
  • Competed in the HYP meet.
 
High School
  • Seventh at 2015 Arizona Cross Country State Championships.
  • Qualified for NXN Championships.
  • Ran varsity all four years ad was team captain during senior year.
  • Placed twice in the top-10 at State Championship in the 3,200-meter.
  • Writer and editor for school newspaper.

The most upset you have ever been in a game was:
In a tough, tactical 5k. It was a qualifier so no one cared about the times. I got dropped about halfway and basically ran alone for the second half.
The happiest you have ever been in a game:
Coming down the final straightaway at the Ivy League conference meet last fall. It was lined with fans going absolutely crazy and the energy is just unmatched.

Talked too much at school and distracted my classmates

How I talked so fast when I was a toddler that only my mom could ever understand what I was saying, even my dad and older brothers couldn't!

Mad Men - I like the characters and the 60's outfits and music
