- Set a personal best of 2:29.30 in the 800m at New Mexico's MLK Jr, Collegiate Invitational.
 
- Set personal bests in every event she competed in at the Willie Williams Classic/Dave Murray Distance Carnival.
 - Jumped a personal best 5.79m/19'0" in the long jump, adding almost a full foot from her previous mark, at the Willie Williams Classic/Dave Murray Distance Carnival.
 - Took first in the 100m hurdles with a personal best 14.74 at the GCU Invitational.
 - Set a personal best 25.72 in the 200m at the GCU Invitational.
 
- Set a new personal best total 3696 in the pentathlon at the Texas Tech Invitational.

2019-20 Indoor
- Kicked off her indoor season with a bang, jumping just two-inches short of her personal best at the NAU Friday Night Duals.
 - Set an indoor personal best of in both the long jump and 60-meter hurdles at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.
 - Finished fifth in her pentathlon debut with a score of 3523 at the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet.
 - Ran a personal best 57.26 in the 400-meter dash at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.
 - Earned her first all-conference honors at the MPSF Championships in both the 4x400-meter relay (9th) and pentathlon (7th).
 
- Set an outdoor personal best when she cleared 1.65m/5-5 at the 40th Sun Angel Classic.
 - Finished 14th in the high jump at the Pac-12 Championships.
 - Won the high jump at the ASU Invitational.
 
- Took 23rd at the MPSF Championships in the high jump.
 - Set an indoor personal best of 1.65m/5-5 twice at the Lumberjack Team Challenge and Mt. T’s Invitational.
 
- Set an outdoor personal best of 1.60m/5-3 feet at the Sun Angel Classic.
 - Took fourth at the Desert Heat Classic and was just a half-inch of her personal best.
 
- Started her ASU career with a bang as she set a personal best and finished third in the high jump at the Friday Night Duals.
 - Went on to finish in the top-10 at four meets during her freshman campaign.
 
High School
- Finished fifth in the high jump at the 2016 USATF Junior Olympics.
 - Made all-state five times in track and field in the 400, 4x800, 4x400, and 200.
 - Finished as the runner-up at the state meet twice in the 400-meter dash.
 - Earned six varsity track letters, two for volleyball and two for basketball during her time at Rochester Century.
 - Set the school record in the high jump, 400 and 200.
 - Earned academic all-state three times.
