2019 Indoors: Paulson advanced to the NCAA Indoor Championship for the first time in his career when he qualified in the men's mile... He won the MPSF mile title to become the first Sun Devil since 1970 to win an indoor conference title in the mile... Set the school record in the mile at the MPSF Championships with a time of 3:58.07... Became the second Sun Devil of the decade to run a sub-4 minute mile when he clocked a 3:59.94 at the UW Invitational in January... Ran the sixth-fastest 3,000-meter time in school history with a 7:58.04.
Prior to ASU: Was a two-time All-American in the 1,500-meter run, competing at the NCAA Championships in 2018 and 2017... Won the Ivy League title in the 1,500 in his senior season... Finished second and third in the 1,500 as well... Took second at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships in 2016... Recorded the second-best time in Princeton history in the 1,500.
Before Princeton: Paulson represented England at the European Cross Country Championships and won the English schools title in the 1500. Paulson boasts a PR of 3:46.48 in the 1500, 1:53.70 in the 800 and 8:24.91 in the 3k.
