2018 Outdoor:

• Earned an all-conference honor as a leg of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Pac-12 Championships.

2018 Indoor:

• Ran 57.00 at the Husker Invitational for a personal best in the 400.
• Competed in three events for the Sun Devils. 

2017 Outdoor:

• Ran a personal best 2:09.11 at the Jim Bush Invitational.
• Recorded a PR 58.40 in the 400-meter dash at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

2017 Indoor:

• Ran in both the 600 & 800-meter events during the season, clocking 1:33.17 in the 600 and 2:13.42 in the 800 for seasonal bests
• Big part of the women's 4x400 relay team during the season as well
• Transferred from TCU just prior to the start of the season

High School:

• Won the Division I State Championship in the 400 & 800-meter events her senior season, which were her first-ever appearances at the state meet
• Clocked her high school's 400 & 800-meter records
• Part of the 4x100, 400 & 800 meter relay teams that broke HS record
• holds top-4 state marks in the 400 & 800 meter events
• Helped her 4x400 team go from 7th to 2nd during her leg of the race at the State Championship meet her senior year
• Earned the Top Newcomer, Most Improved and Team Leader awards during her high school tenure

Personal: Daughter to William Williford and Rachelle Williford-Treadwell ... has two older brothers, Cameron and Chad ... graduated locally from Liberty High School in Peoria ... lists her senior high school season, in which she won the Division I state championships in the 400 & 800 with 45 minutes rest in between races, as her most exciting moment in sports due to returning from a horrible injury that year ... strong in her faith & enjoys hiking, swimming, Bible study, and hanging with her mom as hobbies.
