2018 Outdoor:
- Earned back-to-back all-conference honors in the pole vault at the Pac-12 Championships when he took seventh in Palo Alto.
- Had his best outing at the Bryan Clay Invitational when he cleared 5.09m/16-8.25 feet.
- Took second at the final regular season meet to add to his three top-eight finishes for the season.
- Finished fifth at the Sun Angel Classic.
2018 Indoor:
- Scored for the second-straight year at the MPSF Championships when he finished sixth with a clearance of 5.10m/16-8.75 feet.
- Set an indoor personal best at the Texas A&M Quadrangular with a height of 5.22m/17-1.5 feet.
- Earned two third-place finishes, including at the Quadrangular and a week later at the Puma Indoor Invitational.
2017 Outdoor
- Won his first Pac-12 title in the pole vault with a clearance of 5.07m (16-7.5)
- Cleared a new outdoor personal best at the Duel in the Desert at 5.13m (16-9.75)
- Returned from minor injury in April, and opened at Sun Angel Classic on April 8
2017 Indoor
- Cleared a new personal best (5.17m) at the MPSF Championships for a fourth-place finish and five points towards the team score
- Placed third (4.90m) at the NAU Friday Night Duels
2016 Outdoor
- Competed in every outdoor meet, earning four top-10 finishes
- Finished second overall at the 2016 Duel in the Desert
- Placed 6th at the 37th Annual Sun Angel Classic
- Captured his personal best outdoors with a 4th-place finish at the Pac-12 vs. Big 10 Invite
2015 Indoor
- Took third in pole vault with 4.67m (15-03.75) at the Friday Night Duals (1/17).
High School
- Won the Joe Sellah award and set a new PR whe he cleared 16' in 2014
Personal: Son of William and Colleen Eckles ... has one older brother, Ryan, and one older sister, Mary Kate
