2016 Outdoor:

• Won the USATF U20 event in the javelin
• Placed 28th in the world at the IAAF U20 World Championships, as one of two throwers from the USA
• Competed in the 2016 Olympic Trials in the javelin recording a throw of 222' 4'' to place 16th in the nation
• Placed 14th at the NCAA Championships in the javelin posting a throw of 230' 5'', earning a Second-Team All-American honor in his first-ever NCAA Championship appearance
• Garnered a third-place finish at his first-ever Pac-12 Outdoor Championships with a throw of 235' 6''
• Earned 1st place in the javelin at the 2016 Duel in the Desert with a personal-best toss of 239' 9'', which also ranks 2nd in ASU history
• Finished second in the javelin at the Pac-12 vs. Big 10 invite with a throw of 227' 5''
• In total, notched five top-5 finishes on the season 

High School:

• set the West Sound javelin record, district championship record and state high school championship record in 2015 (Washington)

Personal: Son of Wayne & Tammi Keffer ... has one older brother, Hunter, and an older sister, Sierra ... says representing the United State in the IAAF U20 World Championships in Bydgosczc, Poland as his most exciting moment in sports
