• Finished 16th in the 6K at the Arizona Invitational.

• Finished in the top-10 in all but one event.
• Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:01.27 at the MPSF Championships.

2019-20 Cross Country

• Opened her season with a personal best time of 16:22.80 in the 2.7 mile at the Cactus Open.
• Continued to progress throughout the season, setting a personal best 21:55.30 in the 6K at the Pac-12 Championships, earning her a spot at the West Regional Championships.

2018-19 Outdoor

• Took 24^th in the 1,500-meter at the Pac-12 Championships.
• Clocked a 4:34.11 in the 1,500-meter at the Bryan Clay Invitational to set a personal best.
• Ran a personal best 2:14.37 in the 800-meter at the ASU Invitational. 

2018-19 Indoor

• Crossed the line in 5:12.23 to set a personal best in the mile at the MPSF Championships.
• Ran an indoor personal best in the 800-meter of 2:14.50 at the Iowa State Classic.

2018-19 Cross Country

• Opened her season with back-to-back personal best times at back-to-back meets.
• Ran a personal best 19:02.50 time in the 5K at the Mark Covert Classic to begin her season.
• Finished 13^th with another personal best time of 15:21.90 in the 4K at the Dave Murray Invitational.

2017-18 Outdoor

• Moved up to the 1,500-meter outdoors and finished 14^th at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.
• Ran a personal best 4:39.11 at the Pac-12+/Big Ten Challenge.
• Helped the Sun Devil 4x800-meter relay team take second at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor

• Set a personal best in the 800-meter when she finished in 2:15.91 and took 33^rd at the MPSF Championships.
• Won her first race as a Sun Devil at the Puma Invitational.
• Finished second at the NAU Tune-Up

2017-18 Cross Country

• Made her Sun Devil debut finishing 17^th in the 4K at the Dave Murray Invitational.

 
Personal: Emily Gallegos-Francksen was born in September, 1998 to Steve and Lisa Gallegos-Francksen . . . She is pursuing a degree in engineering at ASU.
