- Placed first in the 1500m run with 4:00.28 at the Mesa Classic (4/10).
Central College:
- Competed on the track and field team at Central College in Pella, Iowa.
High School:
- Competed on the baseball, soccer, basketball, wrestling, track and field, and cross country teams at Waukee High School.
- Four-time All-Academic honoree in cross country
- Two-time All-Academic honoree in track
- Iowa State Champion in the 4x800m relay
