- Ran a 4:28 anchor leg for the distance medley relay at the 106th Drake Relays (4/25), bringing her team from 120m behind to a second-place finish.
- Placed first in the 800m run with 2:01.92 at the 36th Sun Angel Classic (4/11).
- Placed first in the 1500m run with 4:14.35 at the Pac-12/Big Ten Invitational (3/28), setting a new meet record and earning her the recognition of Pac-12 Athlete of the Week.

2014 Outdoor:

2013 Outdoor:
- Placed Seventh in the 1500M at the NCAA Division 1 National Championships with a time of 4:14.95.
- Competed in the 1500M; Placed First in the 1500M at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:14.84.
- Placed second in the 5000M at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships while recording a personal best time of 16:15.85 which is good for eighth in School History.
- Recorded a Personal Best time of 4:13.64 in the 1500M which is the Best time in School history at the 34th Sun Angel Classic.

2013 Indoor:

2012 Outdoor:
- A member of the 4x400m relay representing the Sun Devils.
- Ran a 2:05.52 her first Pac-12 Championships in the 800m to place fourth overall in a race in which the top five were separated by less than half a second.
- Set her career fastest times in the 800m and 1500m at home; her 2:03.85 in the 800m during the 33rd Sun Angel Classic snagged her a sixth place spot (the eighth-fastest time in the NCAA the 2012 season and the third-fastest junior time in the country as well) while her 4:22.95 in the 1500m at the Arizona State Invitational placed her fifth.
- Took first place in her first 800m race of the season at the Baldy Castillo Invitational with a time of 2:09.38.
2012 Indoor:
- Clocked the third-fastest 800-meter indoor time in school history at 2:07.58 at the Texas A&M Challenge to grab the third place spot.
- Finished seventh in the DMR at the MPSF Championships with a time of 11:22.06.
- Set the school record for the indoor mile with a time of 4:39.56 at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational.
High School:
- A 2011 graduate of East High School (Sioux City, Iowa).
- Lettered four times each in cross country and track & field.
- Captured four state titles a senior, opening with the 2010 cross country championship (the first athlete from the Sioux City Metro area to ever win the race).
- On the outdoor track, added state crowns in the 400m dash, 800m run and 1,500m run.
