Sacramento City College:
Member of the track and field team from 2009-2011, earned Presidents Honors and had the fourth-longest throw in California's community college records in the shot put in 2011. Earned an AA in social science.

A two-year letterwinner in track and field at Enterprise High School in Redding, Calif.
Personal:
An exercise and wellness major, he is the son of Tom Roberts and Rhonda Lerner. Father was a thrower for California State University, Chico. Trent is a US Air Force veteran, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a jet engine mechanic at the rank of Staff Sergeant.
