• Took 11th in the 1500m at the Desert Heat Classic at 4:35.53
• Won the 5000m at the 45th annual Aztec Invitational (16:47.24)

SENIOR (2022-23)

• Placed sixth at the Desert Heat Classic in the 1500m (4:28.03)
• Made her Sun Devil debut at the 63rd annual Mt. Sac Relays, placing ninth in the 5000m (16:18.40)

-       Helped Calvin’s women’s T&F team earn 2022 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors for the 21st straight season.
-       In 2022, earned an individual USTFCCCA All-Academic honor
-       In 2022, earned USTFCCCA Great Lakes All-Region honors
-       In 2022, earned CoSIDA Academic All-America honors
-       Holds Calvin’s indoor records for the mile (4:50.76), 3,000 (9:41.32) and part of the DMR (11:46.92). Has outdoor 5k record too (16:39.23).

-       Ran a 1,500 PR of 4:30.53 to finish 5th at the NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field National Championships
-       Ran a One Mile PR of 4:50.76 to finish 5th at the GVSU Big Meet (Friday)
-       Ran a 5000m PR of 16:39.23 to finish 6th at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field National Championships
2022 Indoor
-       Ran a 800m PR of 2:18.27 to finish 3rd at the MIAA (DIII) Indoor Track & Field Championships
-       Ran a One Mile PR of 4:56.21 to finish 3rd at the Mike Lints Alumni Meet
-       Ran a 3,000m PR of 9:41.32 to finish 1st at the Bill Clinger Classic

-       Ran a 6,000m PR of 21:36.30 to finish 24th at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships
