• Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds where he finished 23rd in the region
• Jumped a season's best 2.11m/6-11 feet a the Baldy Castillo Invitational and NCAA West Prelims
• Best result came when he won the high jump at the Texas A&M Invitational
• Earned four top-five finishes in the high jump

2019 Indoor:

• Earned his fourth all-conference honor when he took eighth at the MPSF championships
• Finished in the top-10 in each of his seven outings
• Grabbed back-to-back second-place finishes to open the season in Flagstaff
• Cleared a season's best 2.08m/6-9.75 feet at the Texas Tech Classic

2018 Outdoor:

• Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds for the second-straight season where he finished 38th.
• Finished sixth in the high jump at the Pac-12 Championships and took 17th in the long jump.
• Cleared a personal best 2.13m/6-11.75 feet and won the competition at the Desert Heat Classic.
• Jumped a personal best (wind-aided) 7.19m/23-7.25 feet at the Baldy Castillo Invitational
• His wind-legal PR came at the Desert Heat Classic.

2018 Indoor: 

• Finished sixth at the MPSF Championships in the high jump.
• Took 19th in the MPSF Championships in the long jump.
• Hit a season best mark of 2.10m/6-10.75 at the conference meet and the NAU Tune-Up.
• Has six top-10 finishes in the high jump, including a second-place finish at the Puma Indoor Invitational.

2017 Indoor:

• Finished 11th at his first-ever MPSF Championships in the high jump
• Placed fourth in the men's high jump with an indoor season-high mark of 2.11m during the 2017 Texas A&M Aggie Invitational

High School:

• Broke his high school record each year, upping himself from 6'-2" his freshman year in 2012-13 to his personal best of 7'-1" in 2015-16.
• Competed in the high jump and long jump, finishing 4th at the California State Outdoor Championships in June 2016

Personal: Son to Ronald & Nikki ... has one older brother, Adrian ... says jumping 6'-11" in front of an entirely silent stadium full of people that wanted to watch him as his most exciting moment in sports ... hobbies are hiking and playing video games.
