2020-21 Indoor
  • Finished third in the mile in his opening race of the season at the Texas Tech Invitational.
  • Placed second in the 3,000m at the Arkansas Qualifier setting a new persona best. 
2020-21 Cross Country
  • Finished second in the 8K at the Dave Murray Invite.
2019-20 Outdoor*
  • Ran the second fastest 5000m of his career, finishing 18th in the high-class field of the 2020 Sound Running Track Meet. Curtin’s time placed him sixth in the fastest Irishmen of 2020 rankings.
*Season didn’t start due to the COVID-19 pandemic
 
2019-20 Indoor
  • Clinched first in the 800m with a time of 1:55.13 at the NAU Friday Night duals.
  • Took first in the mile with a time of 4:08.29 at the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet.
2018-19 Outdoor
  • Ran into the ASU record book with his time of 3:41.80 that moved him to 7th all-time in the 1500m.
  • Earned Cork City Sports Athlete of the Month honors for June 2019. 
2018-19 Indoor
  • Won the Iowa State Classic running his way into the record book with a personal best of 13:52.26 in the 5000m, moving him to 4th all-time at ASU.
  • Earned an all-MPSF honor by finishing third in the 5000m at the conference meet.
2018-19 Cross Country

Prior to ASU: Took all-conference honors at the Big South Cross Country Championships for Charleston Southern... Finished third in the indoor 3,000 at the Big South Championships and third in the 1,500 outdoors... Represented Ireland at the 2017 European Cross Country Championships where he finished 22nd... Won the Irish Schools Cross Country title twice while at Midleton CBS.

Personal: Fearghal Curtin was born on July 14, 1998 to Geraldine and Noel Curtin... He has one sister names Trisha... Fearghal will receive a degree in English from Arizona State University.
