TEMPE, Ariz. – The Sun Devil Women's Lacrosse team completed another season full of progress, with improvement on display throughout the program during ASU's second year at the Division I level.

For the second consecutive season, the new program reached the six-win mark and continues to build momentum. With several young players gaining valuable experience and upperclassmen stepping into larger roles, there is a lot to look forward to as it relates to the future of Sun Devil Lacrosse. Another talented recruiting class will be added to the mix, as Arizona State is expected to feature the deepest roster they have had since the program was established. The following is a "By-the-Numbers" breakdown of the Sun Devil Lacrosse 2019 season:

2: Two Sun Devils, attackers Emily Glagolev and Kerri Clayton, earned a spot on the Pac-12 All-Conference Second Team. This represents Clayton's second consecutive appearance on the All-Conference Second Team, with the coaches around the league clearly recognizing her impact. Clayton is one of only eight individuals to have received All-Conference distinction each of the last two seasons.

3: Three members of the Arizona State Women's Lacrosse team were selected to the 2019 Pac-12 All-Academic Team, as announced by the Pac-12 Conference. Defender Rachel Gregory and midfielder Maria Villanti were two of 12 individuals named to the First Team, while midfielder Kylie Kroeger earned a spot on the All-Academic Second Team. 12 additional Sun Devils also excelled in the classroom, taking home All-Academic Honorable Mention honors.

102: The dynamic duo of Clayton and Glagolev combined for an incredible 102 points (56 goals & 46 assists), not only proving to be a threat with their scoring prowess, but also causing opposing defenses fits with their ability to facilitate. Both players were extremely reliable and consistent, starting 35 of a possible 36 games between the two.  

33: Emily Glagolev recorded 33 assists as a sophomore, the most in the Pac-12 this season. She finished with three or more assists on five different occasions, highlighted by a school-record six-assist performance against San Diego State.

77: After producing another 33+ goal season, Kerri Clayton has scored 77 goals in 35 games over the past two seasons. She has been one of the most dangerous offensive threats in the conference since arriving at Arizona State, earning Pac-12 All-Conference Second Team honors two consecutive seasons.

14: The Sun Devil Lacrosse program continues to recruit on a national scale. The 2019 squad featured players from 14 different states and two countries (Canada). States represented on the roster were California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

194: Goalkeeper Berkeley Bonneau was one of the best at her position in the country, finishing fifth in the NCAA with 194 saves. She recorded 13 double-digit save performances, including setting a school-record with an incredible 20-save performance on the road against No. 23 Colorado. Bonneau took home six victories this season, improving on her total from last season.

33-24: The Sun Devils defeated Oregon by a combined score of 33-24, the first sweep of a member of the Pac-12 in school history. The home win against the Ducks (4/5) represented ASU's first home victory over a Pac-12 school.

19:56: Amount of time into the first half it took for the Sun Devils to earn a running clock in their road victory over Oregon. A quick start helped Arizona State jump out to a 6-0 less than six minutes of the game, and they didn't look back.  ASU finished the first half strong, extending their lead to 10 goals to earn a running clock just 19:56 into the game, the first time the program had accomplished the feat against a Pac-12 opponent. 

9: The offense scored in the double-digits on nine separate occasions. They scored 13 or more goals six times, including 11 different players contributing to a season-high 18 goals in a road victory over Presbyterian.

2: The first two seniors in program history were honored in a pre-game ceremony prior to the matchup with San Diego State. Defenders Rachel Gregory and Sydney Bosmans have had a huge hand in helping establish the Arizona State Lacrosse program and were recognized for their achievements. Their commitment and contributions over the last two seasons have been a big reason why Sun Devil Lacrosse has quickly reached heights rarely seen by new programs.

3: Three Sun Devils received a Pac-12 Player of the Week award, the first three honors in program history.

Emily Glagolev, Offensive Player of the Week (4/22): Compiled four goals and seven assists helping her team to a split against a pair of California opponents. She represents the third different Sun Devil to win a weekly award, after earning none last year. Glagolev was a force offensively in the win over San Diego State (4/17), as she set a new career-high with nine points (three goals & six assists). It was her second performance with eight or more points this season.

Kerri Clayton, Offensive Player of the Week (4/8): A record-breaking performance in a victory over Oregon got the recognition it deserved. Clayton put together a memorable performance, as she refused to let her team lose in a thrilling 15-14 overtime victory. Clayton not only racked up a school-record eight goals, her 12 points tied Colorado's Darby Kiernan for the most points in a single game by a Pac-12 player. Clayton came through clutch with a pair of late goals to force overtime, capping the sweep of Oregon with an assist on Kylie Kroeger's overtime winner.

Kaylon Buckner, Defensive Player of the Week (2/12): Made her collegiate debut a memorable one, impacting the game in several ways to help Arizona State to a win over Kennesaw State for the second consecutive season. She was all over the field, finishing the contest with six caused turnovers, earning five draw controls and in addition to securing a ground ball. Despite winning Defensive Player of the Week honors, the freshman also served as a key part of the Arizona State attack. She recorded four points (two goals & two assist), including tallying the game-winning goal in the second half. It was the first time a Sun Devil earned a conference weekly honor.

11: 11 members of the talented freshman class saw playing time this season (Kaylon Buckner, Morgan McCaffrey, Paige McGlothlin, Mallory Martel, Olivia Kroah, Olivia Hood, Kara Anotonucci, Katie Brodsky, Erica Odell, Cabrini Class, Sydney Payne). The freshman class has made an instant impact, compiling 64 points (39 goals & 25 assists), 117 ground balls, 51 caused turnovers, and 66 draw controls while starting a total of 72 games. The newcomers gained valuable experience playing against strong competition, which should only benefit their development.

4: Arizona State improved their home field advantage in 2019, picking up four home wins after finishing with only one win this previous year. This included victories over MPSF Champion San Diego State and Pac-12 foe Oregon.
