Maddie Schossow was hired as the Sun Devil wrestling team's Director of Operations prior to the 2016-17 season.
Schossow is a native of Altoona, Iowa where she worked for the University of Iowa wrestling team during her entire undergraduate career as a team manager. While with the Hawkeyes, Schossow traveled with the team, helped coordinate nutrition and travel, worked summer wrestling camps and collected and processed all video.
She also worked for the Hawkeye Wrestling Club coordinating fundraising events and donor relations.
Attending Iowa from 2012-15, Schossow graduated in three years with a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and a minor in Human Relations.
Schossow’s exposure to wrestling dates back to junior high, working with her junior high and high school wrestling teams while a student at Pleasant Hill, Iowa’s Southeast Polk HS.
