In her first season coaching for the Sun Devils in 2025, Pavinelli assisted in leading a red-hot Sun Devil offense. Alongside VanThof Puls, she oversaw a team that notched the 9th-best shooting % and the 12th-best scoring offense in the NCAA, as the team tallied nearly 15 goals per game. Under her guidance, attackers Teagan Ng and Jordyn Behar shattered the program's single-season goal, assist, and point records. The team had 10 offensive players picked up Big 12 Player of the Week honors in 2025 under Pavinelli.
Pavinelli was hired as an assistant coach on July 15, 2024 after graduating from the University of Florida where she was an attacker for the Gators, making 84 of 87 starts in her illustrious career and graduated with her Bachelor’s in Health Education and Behavior.
In four seasons with the Gators, Pavinelli compiled 207 goals, 95 assists, 59 ground balls, 44 caused turnovers, and 25 draw controls. Pavinelli is the only player in program history to rank top-5 in points, goals and assists as she ranks third in assists, third in points and fourth in goals.
Some of her many accolades include: 3x All-AAC First Team, All-AAC Second Team, AAC Freshman of the Year (2021), both ILWomen All-American Honorable Mention and USA Lacrosse All-American Honorable Mention (2024) as well as being named to the Tewaaraton Watch List in 2023 and 2024.
