TEMPE – Sun Devil Volleyball will get its first chance to preview the 2026 squad in front of a crowd as the team starts the spring at home against Grand Canyon on Friday, March 20, at 7 p.m. MST at Desert Financial Arena.

This is a free event that’s open to the public for fans to watch. Fans can park for free in lot 59 and can enter through the east doors, which will open an hour prior to the game. Those attending are permitted to bring a single serving of food and a sealed plastic water bottle as the concession stands will not be open.

ASU will have two more days of spring competition at the University of Arizona on March 28 and then at the University of San Diego on April 18.

Sun Devil outlook
Last season, the Sun Devils reached a 28-4 overall record and went 17-1 in conference play and finished undefeated at home for the second season in a row, leading to an Arizona State back-to-back Big 12 Championships title. The Sun Devils made it to the NCAA Regional Semifinals for the second time in the last three seasons. The team closed out 2025 at No. 12 with a place in the top 20 for the third season in a row.

This matchup will be the first time to view the five transfers and two freshmen in action. Aniya Clinton (graduate from Kansas State) and Una Vajagic (junior from Wisconsin) are the pin hitters joining the team. The middle blockers are Aurora Papac (sophomore from Kansas) and Tosia Serafinowska (redshirt sophomore from Wisconsin). The setter joining the team is Isabella Costantini (senior from UTRGV). The freshmen newcomers who joined in the spring are libero Paige Lehman and setter Elle Mottola.
