The Big 12 Conference has announced its Friday football games for 2025, and the Sun Devils will open and close the Big 12 regular home season on Fridays.
ASU will host TCU on Friday, Sept. 26, and also host Arizona on Friday, Nov. 28, in Mountain America Stadium where ASU went 6-0 at home in 2024, its first undefeated home season since 2004. That included a win over No. 16 Utah on Friday, Oct. 11, that had more than 1.2 million viewers, the third-most regular season viewers last year, while the Sept. 12 Thursday game at Texas State game had nearly a million viewers, good for the fourth spot.
Only the Arizona (FOX) and BYU (ESPN) tilts had more viewers in the regular season than the Friday Utah and Thursday Texas State games in the regular season.
ASU will play six Territorial Cup games on Friday in 14 seasons (2022, 2020, 2016, 2014 and 2012) with its 2025 game.
