FRIDAY, MARCH 8 AT THE NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
Robinson ran in the 400m semifinal on Friday evening, but couldn't advance through to Saturday's final. His time of 47.10 placed him 15th, earning Second-Team All-America honors. He earned All-American status for the second consecutive year after his 9th-place showing at last spring's indoor championships.
HOW THEY GOT THERE
The Sun Devils posted the nation's best 4x400 mark at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 9-10), outlasting the Florida relay by a thrilling .05. It remained the top mark in the nation this spring, as the Sun Devils cemented themselves as the relay to beat in Boston vying for the first 4x400 national title in Indoor team history.
Robinson was a man on a mission at the early February Tyson Invitational. A day before 4x400 race, he won the Men's 400m at 45.30, breaking his own school record by .10.
