 Head Coach Bob Bowman
On how he think they performed today:
"I'm pretty happy with it. We had good energy throughout the whole meet. Swam comparably to what we did yesterday or a little bit better on the inside some of the places. So I'm very happy with the women."

On if the women having two day meets is challenging:
"It's definitely more challenging because they just had a whole very intense session and you have another one where the guys just rested yesterday basically in the afternoon and they get to swim one time. So, yeah, it's definitely more challenging. The second day we try to build a mindset that they could be as good or better. The second meet of a two meet stand and I think we did that pretty well today with the men's team being number one."

On the men being #1 and keeping the intensity up:
"We don't ever think about that for one thing. We don't ever talk about it. We don't ever talk about winning a championship. We talk about what it takes to be a champion. That's everyday, day in and day out and taking care of your business. So that's kind of how we handle that part of it. They get a lot of, you're not so good from us right now because everybody else tells them how great they are. But we're telling that you can do this better. We can be better here. We can just keep getting better. And that's how you eventually get to a good level."

Sophomore Swimmer Hubert Kós
On how he swam today:
"I think it was pretty solid. Obviously, we've been training pretty hard. So it's been a tough couple of months. But I think today was really, really good."

On the men's team success and practice:
"So I think the fact that we have, and I have to speak for myself and my group because I train with the men, the guys that we have there and it's not just all the school swimmers, we have the pros there as well. It just helps us so much having to train with each other, raise each other every single day, that in itself just pushes us to higher levels. And I think me being Hungarian and coming from a different system, I've had to really focus on my turns in underwater and I think that really showed today that I put in the effort and I was able to do a couple good ones there. But there's still a long way for me to go."

Sophomore Swimmer Deniz Ertan
On the challenges playing UCLA and USC on back to back days:
"It's really hard to just swim the 1000 twice in two days. I mean, just yesterday and today I did, I think like the hardest events 1000 and the 500 free, it's always hard to do long distance back. But I think with the practice and with hard work, I can always be confident and motivate myself."

On what excites her about the women's team right now:
"I'm really excited to see everyone achieve their goals because we work really hard every day and we see each other."
