- Competed at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile where he won six medals as he won the gold in the 400 mixed medley and 400 medley relay along with the silver medal in the 100m free, 4x100 free relay, mixed 4x100 free relay and 50 free.

JUNIOR (2024-25)
- In the NCAA Championships, he finished sixth in the 100 free final (40.84) and seventh in the 50 free final (18.74). He was also a part of the 200 medley relay team that finished fourth (1:20.87), the 200 free relay team that finished second (1:13.05), the 400 medley relay team that finished third (2:58.97) and the 400 free relay team that finished second (2:43.22).
- Six-time All-American (50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay)
- In the Big 12 Championships, he finished second in the 200 free final (1:32.41) and was named swimmer of the meet for helping the Sun Devils win their third consecutive conference title.
- In the meet against Arizona (2/8) he won the 50 free (18.90) and the 100 free (41.66). He was also on the winning 200 medley and 200 free relay teams.
- In the Eddie Reese Texas Showdown (1/24-25) he won the 100 free (41.11) and placed second in the 50 free (18.90). He was a part of the winning teams in the 200 medley relay (1:21.77), 200 free relay (1:14.06), 400 medley relay (3:01.18) and the 400 free relay (2:45.13). He also participated in the 200 free.
- In a meet against No. 24 Minnesota (1/10) he anchored the winning 200 medley relay with an 18.68 50 free. He placed second in the 50 free (19.34) and won the 100 free (42.38). Also anchored the winning 400 free relay with a (40.87) 100 free split.
- Competing against Grand Canyon (1/4) he placed second in the 200 free (1:35.53) and in the 100 fly (47.69).
- Competing in the NC State Invite (11/21-23) he won the 100 free, setting a personal best (40.97), placed third in the 200 free (1:33.81) and won the 50 free (18.78), the third fastest time in school history. He also helped win the 200 free, 200 medley and the 400 medley relay. Contributed 91 points over the weekend.
- In the tri-meet against No. 1 California and No. 9 Stanford (11/7-8), Kulow had a monster weekend, contributing to four relay wins. The wins included the 200 medley (1:21.83), the 400 free relay (2:46.68), the 800 free relay (6:13.18) and the 200 free relay (1:14.35). He took home second place in the 100 free (41.89) and third place in the 50 free (19.28).
- In the dual-meet against No. 5 NC State (10/25-26) he was part of the winning 200 medley relay team, swimming a 18.23 anchor leg. He was 2nd in the 50 free (18.95). Kulow was also part of the winning 400 free relay, swimming a 41.27 100 free anchor leg. He also was part of the winning 400 medley relay team, swimming a 40.77 100 free leg, and came in 2nd in the 100 free (41.96).
- In the quad-meet with Arizona, NAU and GCU (10/12). Was the anchor leg in the 400 medley relay, swimming a 39.67 100 free leg, a career-best. He placed 2nd in the 150 free (1:07.75) and in the 50 fly (21.47). Lastly he was part of the winning 200 free relay team, swimming an 18.58 anchor leg.
- In the season opener against UNLV, he won the 50 free (19.31) and placed 2nd in the 100 free (42.33). He was also part of the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay.
- Named a team captain for the men's team ahead of the 2024-25 season
SOPHOMORE (2023-24)
- Named to the 2024 Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll
- Won the 400 medley relay and 400 free relay at the NCAA Championships (3/27-3/30) as the Sun Devil men won the program's first NCAA title. Placed third in the 200 free relay, eighth in the 50 free and 13th in the 100 free.
- Won the 200 medley relay, 200 free relay, 400 medley relay and 400 free relay at the Pac-12 Championships (3/6-3/9) to help the Sun Devil men repeat as the conference champions. Also was third in the 50 free, fourth in the 100 free and fifth in the 100 fly.
- Won the 400 free relay, placed second in the 200 medley reley and the 50 free and finished fourth in the 100 free at No. 23 Arizona (2/10)
- Won the 200 free relay at No. 3 California (1/20), while placing second in the 200 medley relay and third in the 50 free and 100 free
- Won the 200 medley relay, 50 free and 100 free at No. 9 Stanford (1/19), and placed second in the 400 free relay
- Won the 100 fly and the 200 medley relay vs. GCU (1/6), while also placing third in the 400 free relay and fourth in the 100 free
- Won the 200 medley relay at Utah (11/20), while also finishing second in the 50 free
- Finished in the top five in all eight events he swam at the midseason NC State Invite (11/16-11/18): 200 free relay (1st), 400 medley relay (1st), 200 medley relay (1st), 800 free relay (1st), 100 free, 400 free relay (1st), 100 fly (2nd) and 50 free (5th)
- Won both the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay vs. No. 16 USC (11/4), while finishing second in the 50 free and 100 free
- Won the 50 free and 200 free relay against UNLV (10/6), while also taking second in the 100 fly
- Won the 200 medley relay, 100 free and 400 free relay in addition to finishing second in the 50 free vs. Georgia (9/23)
- Took second in 400m medley relay and 200m free relay swimming LCM in season opener vs. Georgia (9/22)
- Named the Pac-12 Men's Freshman of the Year
- Helped the Sun Devils take second at the NCAA Championships (3/22-3/25) for the first time in program history by taking second in the 200 medley relay, third in both the 400 medley relay and 400 free relay, fifth in the 200 free relay and 11th in the 100 free.
- Won the 200 medley relay at the Pac-12 Championships (3/1-3/4), helping the Sun Devil Men win their first conference title in program history. Was also second in the 200 free relay, fourth in the 50 free, eighth in the 100 free and 11th in 200 free
- Won the 50 free for the first win of his Sun Devil career in the regular season finale win against Arizona (2/4), while also placing second in the 100 free
- Placed fourth in the 100 free and fifth in the 200 free in the victory against No. 2 Cal (1/21)
- Took second in the 100 free and third in the 50 free in the win against No. 12 Stanford (1/20)
- Was third in both the 200 free relay and 400 free relay while also placing fourth in the 200 medley relay, eighth in the 50 free, eighth in the 100 fly and eighth in the 100 free at the midseason NC State Invite (11/17-11/19)
- Took third in the 100 fly in the Pac-12 opener against USC (11/4)
- Placed second in the 400 medley relay and fifth in the 100 free in the home opener against Wisconsin (10/22)
- In the team's tri-meet against Georgia and Missouri (10/1), he took third in the 400 free relay and fifth in the 50 free
- Made his collegiate debut in the season opener at Georgia (9/30), in which he won the 200 free relay, placed second in the 400 fly/free relay and third in the 200 medley relay
- No. 1 ranked swimmer in the state of Wyoming for the class of 2022; listed as the No. 43 ranked swimmer in the country for the class of 2022
- Took first in the 50 free, 100 free and 200 IM at the 2022 Speedo Sectionals in Arizona
- Won 11 state titles at Lander Valley, helping the program to its 26th consecutive championship as a senior in 2022
- Competed at the 2021 USA Olympic Team Trials in the 50 free
- Lander Valley’s head swimming coach Shawna Morgan: “All of the younger kids coming up in our middle school program right now and our swim club program right now, they’re looking at him and saying, ‘How can I be the next Jonny Kulow?’”
- Coach Bowman: “He's someone I've had my eye on for many years. A very good friend of mine who coaches in Wyoming told me I should watch for him because he's the real deal. He is the real deal. We're super excited to have him."
