Quotes
Head Coach Bob Bowman
On the relays:
"That men's relay that started off, that was almost like a qualification for the World Championships. That's a national kind of relay, so that was pretty special."
On message to team during break:
"My message was at that break I wanted to focus in a little more because I felt like the near the end of that first break we have gotten a little more lackadaisical. We wanted to really come out of the break strong and get into that part of the meet."

Junior Léon Marchand
On being back in Tempe:
"It's very different. Dual meets are only two hours and in Japan, we stay for a few weeks to prepare. Very different, having fun here with my teammates just doing races in two hours is very fun."

On how he continues to challenge himself:
"I think my goals are very high. I don't think I've been able to achieve them, so I want to do more. I want to be faster in all of the races and improve my techniques and my strokes in the IMs."

Senior Lindsay Looney
On goals she has for this season:
"I'm honestly excited to see what everyone can do tomorrow. As a team compared to last year, this leaps and bounds ahead where we were. I'm super excited to see what we can do. Coming from a long course meet into something a little more serious tomorrow, we can put our heads down and see what we're really capable of."
On taking the next steps for relays:
"It makes me feel ecstatic. Watching these women move in the right direction and seeing what we're capable of going forward is super exciting. Being a part of this team is the best feeling ever."
