Overall thoughts:
"I'm overall pleased. We had a couple mistakes. With the event being small, the meet was running super fast so kids probably didn't get as much break time in between routines as they normally would. I think we saw that in that last floor rotation a little bit. All in all, they handled it really well. We hit some good, solid routines. We definitely gotta clean some stuff up. There are some details that we're gonna need to clean up and get sharper on, but it's the middle of December so I think we're in a good spot. I think even endurance-wise on the floor and things like that they're ready to go given a couple weeks. I'm pretty pleased with tonight."
On any standouts tonight:
"Emily on three looked really great. Hannah did a strong job. Sarah hasn't competed vault for three years and put a vault out there and did a really good job with it. There are a lot of girls that did that. I know Skye (Harper) hit a pretty good beam routine. Kayla Lee hit a bunch of routines as a freshman and looked very normal and not rattled. So, I think there's a lot to go around today."

Overall thoughts:
"It was great to be back out here again. The energy is always super fun, getting to compete in front of the fans. I was really proud of everyone today. We've gone through a lot of adversity this preseason so I was really proud that everyone was able to come together, even if we were competing against each other. There were a lot of new routines and the freshman did amazing. This is my first year winning a Maroon and Gold. It feels good."
