TEMPE, Ariz. – Reili Richardson, the all-time assists leader in ASU basketball history (men or women), has signed a professional contract to play for Grengewald Hostert in Luxembourg, according to Eurobasket.com.

Richardson, who concluded her Sun Devil career with 563 career assists, was a starter all four years of her career. In addition to finishing at the top of ASU's all-time assists list, Richardson also concluded her career tied for eighth on the program's list for career 3-pointers (117). Her outstanding ability at the point was a major component of ASU's success as the Sun Devils won 20 or more games all four years of her career and advanced as far as the NCAA Sweet 16 in 2019.

Richardson had a tremendous senior season, earning All-Pac-12 honorable mention honors for a season in which she produced 11 of her 14 double-digit scoring efforts over the last 16 games of the season. The stretch included a career-high 24-point performance in ASU's triple OT win vs. USC (Jan. 31) in which she scored 19 points in the 2nd half and OT, including the game-winning 3-pointer. Richardson led the team in scoring over the last 11 games of the season (14.7 ppg), connecting on 43.5 percent (27-62) of her 3-pointers during that stretch to go with 49 assists.

Richardson finished the 2019-20 campaign No. 3 in the Pac-12 and 19th in the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio. She was also 11th in the Pac-12 in 3-pointers per game (1.7) and 12th in assists (3.5 apg). In Pac-12 games, Richardson was second in the league in free throw percentage (88.9/48-54). Richardson's 54 3-pointers in 2020 were good for ninth on ASU's single-season list.

Richardson is the second member of ASU's 2020 senior class to sign a professional contract. Earlier this month, Ja'Tavia Tapley signed to play in Italy with Pallacanestro Vigarano.
