PHOENIX – The Sun Devil Baseball program has released its 2019 Signing Class, featuring 16 talented individuals who have chosen to continue their academic and athletic pursuits at Arizona State as announced by head coach Tracy Smith.

The 2019 class features 15 incoming freshman and one junior college transfer. The class features four future Sun Devils that all chose to Stay True to ASU and remain at home after prolific high school careers in Arizona. Six members of the class hail from California while other newcomers will represent Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Colorado and Indiana.

 Five individuals competed in the 2018 Area Code games and 14 of the 16 members are regarded among the Top-500 recruits nationally. 10 members of the signing class saw prominent time as pitchers in their prep or junior college careers but a handful were solid dual-threat options on offense and defense as well.

Nate Baez
SS, Ironwood Ridge High School (Tucson, Ariz.)
