SOPHOMORE (2024-25):
- Went 3-3 in his first full season of action, sporting a 2-1 record in duals
- Picked up a huge win against Lehigh's Mason Ziegler, 8-5, on Feb. 21 in Bethlehem
- Filled in for the Sun Devils at 133 in the team's final two duals of the season at Lehigh and West Virginia
- Earned a spot on the All-Big 12 Winter Academic Honor Roll
Heralded as a talented wrestler and dedicated student,
Damian Moreno is coming off of a very impressive summer after becoming a double All-American in Fargo. In high school, Moreno was a 2x 106lb state champion and recorded a 113lb second-place finish. During his time as a state champ, he recorded 72 wins in a row on his way to 160 career match wins.
