On May 19, 2022, Camille Collier was announced as an addition to Natasha Adair's coaching staff. She brings experience with scouting reports for opposing teams and cultivated recruiting strategies to attract prospective student-athletes as she has thrived in at her past stops.
Prior to coming to ASU, Collier spent the past season with Virginia Tech as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator, helping the Hokies to a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament, the highest in program history. She also spent a pair of seasons at both Hofstra University and Radford University as an assistant coach at each stop. With Radford in 2019, Collier and the Highlanders were Big South Regular Season Champions and Big South Tournament Champions en route to an appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
As a four-year player for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, Collier emerged as a veteran leader while earning All ACC Honor Roll each season. After graduating, she jumped right in to her coaching career and went to Georgia State in 2012 to serve as a Graduate Manager and hit a couple other stops along the way before ending up at Arizona State.
