2016 Sand Volleyball (Junior):
- Compiled a 17-12 record with partner Bianca Arellano, finishing the season with an ASU record 18 wins, while also helping to anchor the team to a program-best 12 victories.
- Was named to the inaugural All-Pac-12 First Team while also being selected to the first ever Pac-12 All-Tournament team.
- Advanced to the Pairs Semifinals alongside Follette at the inaugural Pac-12 Beach Volleyball Championships.

2014 Sand Volleyball (Sophmore):
- Finished the season with a pairs record of 8-5 with partner Macey Gardner while competing all year in the second position.
- The duo won the program's first match against Arizona Christian at the Arizona Invitational in two sets (21-6 and 21-4).
- Competed against Tulane at the Wildcat Spring Challenge and won (21-15, 22-24, and 22-20).
- Beat Nebraska after two sets (22-20 and 21-18).
- Won their match against Arizona at the Pac-12 Tournament in three sets (21-18, 23-25, and 15-9).
- Beat CSUB at the Pac-12 Tournament after two sets (21-19 and 21-9).
- Competed against Boise State and won (21-17 and 21-18).
2013 Indoor Volleyball (Sophomore):
- Garnered All-Academic Honorable Mention honors.
- Recorded 117 total blocks during the season and 29 solo blocks, each ranking first amongst Sun Devils.
- Follette’s 29 solo blocks on the season led the team, along with her .334 attack percentage.
- The middle blocker recorded 234 kills during her sophomore campaign, good for third on the team.
- Her 19 service aces tied with teammate Shannan McCready for third on the team.
- Recorded 13 kills and 5 blocks in the Sun Devils win over UCLA on Nov. 22.
- Aided her team’s 3-0 win over No. 1 Texas on Sept. 13 with 4 kills and 3 blocks, while swinging a .500 attack percentage.

2012 Indoor Volleyball (Freshman):
- Finished the season second on the club with 104 blocks.
- Collected 213 kills, ranking fifth most on the team.
- Recorded a match-high 16 kills against Utah, also improving her best mark with 18 in points.
- Posted 8 block assists at Colorado.
- Against Cal, Follette swung at a .727 clip, while also tallying 8 kills.
- Received her first career start in the season-opener against Idaho State on Aug. 24.
High School:
- Under head coach Stan Andronyk, she played three years of volleyball in the Metro Edmonton Premier League and accumulated a lengthy trophy case.
- Follette was a multiple-sport athlete lettering in volleyball, basketball, track & field, and badminton at Paul Kane High School.
- Her high school volleyball accolades include: (2011) - PKHS Award of Distinction and Sportsmanship Award, (2010) - PKHS Rookie of the Year, (2009-11) - PKHS Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Athletic Award winner.
- Played club for Jen Telfer on the U18 Pandas.
- Follette is a three-time All-Star: (2011) - U17 All-Star Provincials, U21 All-Star Provincials, and (2012) U18 All-Star.
- Helped lead her team to a U18 Provincial Championship in 2012, while being named a National Team Challenge Cup All-Star.

Majoring in Design Studies (Design Management). Full name is Whitney Elise Follette; her parents are Willie and Maureen Follette. Has one brother, Matthew, and one sister, Mary. Cousin, Jordan Parkin, plays volleyball at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.
