He went 5-5 and had eight RBI in the second game of a doubleheader on March 17, one shy of the school record. He also scored six times, tying a school mark.

Established as a 501(c)(3) charitable educational organization, the CBF hopes to not only catalog the sports' history within its' newly announced College Baseball Hall of Fame, but to provide an aggressive and enduring advocacy for the college game. It views its primary mission as fostering an appreciation of the historical development of college baseball and its impact on our culture, and increasing public awareness, exposure and generating additional opportunities for college baseball.
