- Courtney claimed his third Pac-12 Title with a 5-3 victory over Brandon Kaylor (OSU) in the 2022 Pac-12 Championships
- Began the 2021-2022 season with a twelve match win streak from 11/14-01/14. Followed that with another 12-match winning streak.
- Won the 125 weight class at App State’s Mountaineer Invitational with a perfect 3-0 record.
- Won the 125 weight class at Wyoming’s Cowboy Open with a perfect 3-0 record, featuring a major decision
- Went 2-2 in 57 kg in Men's Freestyle at the U23 Nationals (Nov. 14-15)
- Went 1-2 at 2020 Senior Nationals in 57 kg Men's Freestyle
