LEXINGTON, Ky. – Senior opposite hitter Noemie Glover is one of 30 NCAA Division I volleyball players named to the 2026 AVCA National Player of the Year Watch List, representing Sun Devil Volleyball.
She is one of four players from the Big 12 among the 30 names. Additionally, this is her second season on the list, as she was a midseason addition in 2025, ultimately being named to the list of semifinalists.

In 2025, Glover had a breakout year in her first season in Tempe. She collected the first conference player of the year award in Sun Devil history, being named the Big 12 Player of the Year. She was also named an AVCA First Team All-American and is the only member of the Big 12 represented on the first team.
Additionally, Glover was one of three Sun Devils named to the AVCA Pacific All-Region Team. She was also named to the All-Big 12 First Team and earned Big 12 Offensive Player of the week three times, the most weekly awards of any Sun Devil that season.
Glover lit up the stat sheet in her first season in Tempe, leading the Sun Devils with 423 kills. In all but one match she played, Glover reached double-digit kills, including four matches with 20 or more kills. She also led the pin hitters in hitting percentage, swinging at a .363 clip.
The 2026 season begins on August 22 against Texas at the AVCA First Serve.
