TEMPE – The 2026 schedule has been released for the back-to-back Big 12 Champion Sun Devil Volleyball team, which begins at the AVCA First Serve on August 22 against Texas and features 12 home matches.

Coming off of two-consecutive conference titles, Arizona State will face all Big 12 teams throughout the season to defend its title, competing against four twice: Arizona, Kansas, TCU and Utah. The conference had seven teams ranked in the final AVCA poll last season, with 10 making the NCAA Tournament.

Including the non-conference schedule, there are 11 opponents that finished in the final 2025 AVCA Coaches Poll and 15 teams that made the 2025 NCAA Tournament.

Non-conference schedule
Arizona State will begin non-conference play on the road, facing Texas in Milwaukee on August 22 as part of the AVCA First Serve weekend. The following weekend, the team will travel to Omaha, Neb. to face USC and Minnesota from August 28-29. The Sun Devils will then head to Hamilton, N.Y. for a three-match stretch, beginning with the host team Colgate on September 3. They will then take on Villanova on September 4 before playing Princeton on September 5.

The Sun Devils’ first home games will be from September 10-12 at Desert Financial Arena. Arizona State will take on UC Davis, Oregon and San Diego. Following that weekend, ASU will close out non-conference play on the road at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Calif. Arizona State will take on Stanford on September 17 before facing Cal Poly on September 18.

Big 12 schedule
The Sun Devils will remain on the road to start Big 12 play, traveling to take on West Virginia on September 25 and Cincinnati on September 27.

ASU will head back to Tempe for its next four matches, starting with Iowa State on October 4 for the Big 12 home opener. The Sun Devils will subsequently face Colorado and TCU on October 9 and 11, respectively, before concluding their homestand with their first rivalry matchup of the season against Arizona on October 15.

Back on the road, Arizona State travels to take on Kansas on October 18. The Sun Devils will then travel west to conclude their road trip in Utah with a two-game spread. ASU will face Utah on October 22 before facing BYU on October 24.

Returning home for two matches, Arizona State will host UCF on October 30 and Houston on November 1. After a quick trip to Texas Tech on November 6, ASU returns to Desert Financial Arena for a matchup with Utah on November 8.

The middle of November will see a stretch of three-straight road games against Arizona on the 15th, TCU on the 20th and Baylor on the 22nd. Those will be the last road matches of the regular season.

Closing out the regular season at home, ASU hosts Kansas State on November 25 and Kansas for Senior Day on November 27.
