COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Sun Devil Hockey had 10 student-athletes named to the 2025-26 NCHC Academic All-Conference Team for demonstrating excellence on the ice and in the classroom, as announced by the conference Wednesday afternoon.

- Tony Achille, junior forward
- Brasen Boser, sophomore defenseman
- Sam Court, sophomore defenseman
- Chase Hamm, junior goalkeeper
- Joel Kjellberg, sophomore defenseman
- Cruz Lucius, senior forward
- Tucker Ness, senior defenseman
- Cullen Potter, sophomore forward
- Bennett Schimek, senior forward
- Kyle Smolen, junior forward
To add to the Academic All-Conference honors, seven were recognized as NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athletes, which is awarded to student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better. ASU’s Distinguished Scholar-Athletes are Sam Court, Chase Hamm, Cruz Lucius, Tucker Ness, Cullen Potter, Bennett Schimek and Kyle Smolen.
The Sun Devils will face No. 4 Western Michigan in Kalamazoo, Mich., in a two-game series that is set to begin on Friday, Feb. 13 at 5 p.m. MST. The matchup is set to be streamed on NCHC.tv.
