BOULDER, Colo. – Coming off a remarkable overtime triumph at BYU, the Sun Devil women's basketball team was unable to win consecutive conference road games after falling at Colorado 89-54 on Wednesday.
 
The Sun Devils (9-20, 3-14 Big 12), who were led by Jalyn Brown's 17 points, were not able to find their footing in the game after the Buffaloes doubled them up 22-11 after one quarter and led 41-20 at the half.
 
Kennedy Basham came through with ASU's best all-around performance, contributing 11 points, had a game high-tying eight rebounds and a game-high four blocks. For Basham, it was the sixth straight game she led the team in rebounds.
 
Tyi Skinner and Makayla Moore scored seven points apiece and both tied for the team lead in assists (3). Moore also had three steals, tying the most of any player in the game.
 
Coming into the game, ASU was successful of on 46 percent (14-30) of 3-pointers in its last two contests. In Wednesday's loss, it made only 30 percent (6-20) of its attempts from long range.
 
Adison Novosel led ASU in 3-pointers (2) and scored a season-high six points while playing a season-high 13 minutes.

The Buffaloes (18-10, 9-8 Big 12) shot 46 percent and outscored ASU in points turnovers (12-2) over the first 20 minutes to take control of the game by halftime.
