The Sun Devil women's basketball team (9-19, 3-13 Big 12) plays its second straight road game when it travels to Boulder, Colo., to play face Colorado (17-10, 8-8 Big 12) on Wednesday (7 p.m. MST).
After Wednesday's game, the Sun Devils will host Arizona in the regular season finale (Sat., Mar. 1) and the team's Senior Day.

SKINNER EARNS BIG 12 WEEKLY HONOR
Tyi Skinner was one of two players who shared the league's weekly player of the week honor, the Big 12 announced on Monday.
• Skinner extended her streak of scoring 20 or more points to three games after putting up a game-high 25 points vs. then-No. 10 TCU before dropping 22 points in an 85-73 overtime win at BYU.
• The graduate student scored 13 of her 22 points against BYU in the second half and led the team in assists (6) and steals (4). Skinner also went over 1,000 points as a Sun Devil and moved into second place on the program's list for most 3-pointers in a season.
• The first Sun Devil women's basketball player to earn a Big 12 weekly honor, Skinner went 8-of-9 from the FT line against BYU, including a pair of makes with 12 seconds remaining to send the game to overtime.
• Last four games: Skinner has averaged 20.3 ppg while shooting 44 percent 3FGs (11-25) and 91 percent (20-22) from the foul line.
• Enters this week's action needing seven triples to tie Katie Hempen's single-season school record of 76 in 2014-15.

• Currently shooting .760 from the free throw line (358-of-471), ASU has a chance to lead a conference for the first time since 2006-07, when its school record mark 75.1 percent (571-of-768) led the Pac-10. That was the only time ASU led the Pac-10/12 in its 38 seasons (1986-87 to 2023-24).

• In a game in which it had only 8 plaers available, ASU scored five straight points in the last 45 seconds of regulation to force OT, then scored 14 of the 16 points in the extra session to defeat BYU 85-73 on Saturday.
• Jalyn Brown (17 of team-high 23 points) and Tyi Skinner (13 of 22 points) combined to score 30 points in the 2nd half/OT to lead the way.
• Brown and Kennedy Basham, who also scored 7 points and had a game-high 5 blocks, tied for the team lead in rebounds (9). For Basham, it was the 5th straight game she led or tied for the team lead in rebounds. (averaging 9.2 rpg and a team-high 3.0 offensive rpg during that stretch). Also providing ASU with important contributions on the glass were Makayla Moore (seven rebounds) and Parkinson (six rebounds).
• In addition to Brown and Skinner, Nevaeh Parkinson (15 points) and Moore (season-high 12 points) also dialed up double-figure scoring performances. Moore scored all 12 of her points via the long ball accounting for half of ASU's 8 triples.
• The Sun Devils, who made 61 percent (11-18) of their shots in the fourth quarter and overtime, made sure there would be dramatic finishes by scoring the first nine points of the extra session (going back to regulation a 14-0 scoring run).

SKINNER EARNS BIG 12 WEEKLY HONOR
Tyi Skinner was one of two players who shared the league's weekly player of the week honor, the Big 12 announced on Monday.
• Skinner extended her streak of scoring 20 or more points to three games after putting up a game-high 25 points vs. then-No. 10 TCU before dropping 22 points in an 85-73 overtime win at BYU.
• The graduate student scored 13 of her 22 points against BYU in the second half and led the team in assists (6) and steals (4). Skinner also went over 1,000 points as a Sun Devil and moved into second place on the program's list for most 3-pointers in a season.
• The first Sun Devil women's basketball player to earn a Big 12 weekly honor, Skinner went 8-of-9 from the FT line against BYU, including a pair of makes with 12 seconds remaining to send the game to overtime.

• After helping lead UC Irvine to the WNIT in her first season, helped it earn a berth to the NCAA Tournament last season.

In those three games – also vs. Arkansas State (80 percent/8-10/18 points) and vs. South Dakota (92 percent/12-13/career-high 26 points) – Parker has connected on 87 percent of her shots (26/30) and averaged 19.3 points.
