Sun Devil Outlook
Arizona State (4-2)
  • The Sun Devils went 2-1 last weekend at the Georgia Tech Invitational, picking up wins over Florida International and 2021 NCAA Tournament team Dayton. The lone loss came to No. 5 Georgia Tech, falling in four sets.
  • This weekend is the second of five-straight weekends on the road for the Sun Devils. Arizona State is the only Pac-12 team to not play a home match in September. Among Power 5 teams, ASU is one of three, along with Northwestern and Ohio State, to be on the road for the entire month.
  • Senior outside hitter Iman Isanovic reached 1,000 career kills over the weekend, currently sitting at 1,045. She is the 18th Sun Devil to reach that mark and is now in 16th place in the record book for career kills. Currently, she's on a five-match streak of earning double-digit kills.
  • Isanovic and junior pin hitter Marta Levinska were named to the Georgia Tech All-Tournament Team. This is the second all-tournament honor of the season for Levinska. The duo of Levinska and Isanovic lead the team in kills with 76 and 74, respectively.
  • Junior Ella Snyder has been the primary setter this season, accumulating 141 assists so far, a team best. She also is first in aces with 10 after she had a career-high five in the win over Dayton, which is tied for the seventh-most in a match in ASU history. She helped the Sun Devils earn 15 aces, which is the second-most in program history.
  • A couple Sun Devils have been shining on defense. The team's block leader is junior middle blocker Claire Jeter with 28. She is also first on the team in hitting percentage with .333. At libero, sophomore transfer Jaden Ravsnborg has started each match, earning a team-best 78 digs this season.

  • Last season, Evansville played in the National Invitational Volleyball Championship for its postseason competition, winning two matches. The team went 21-12 (9-9 Missouri Valley Conference).
  • This will be the first meeting in program history between ASU and Evansville.
Colorado State (4-2)

  • ASU is 1-1 against Baylor all-time, with the two teams not having met since 1998. The Bears won that last meeting.
