Sun Devil Wrestling Signs Three to 2020-21 Roster

TEMPE, Ariz. – The Sun Devil wrestling team has signed a trio of prospects to National Letters of Intent (NLI), announced by head coach Zeke Jones.
 
Lou Fincher (Free State), David Palosika (Mountain Pointe) and Ricky Roberto (Hillgrove) have all made their commitment to compete for the Sun Devils and attend ASU in 2020. The trio will join transfer Michael McGee and California prospect Jesse Vasquez to a team that will be replacing five senior wrestlers who graduated this past season.
 
Lou Fincher (Lawrence, KS -- 132 lbs.)

• Capped off senior season with a runner up finish at 132 pounds
• Two-time regional champion
• Rated as No. 6 132-pounder in the state of Kansas
• Went 35-6 as a junior, finishing third in the 126-pound weight class
• His father, Roger, wrestled at ASU in 1986
• Hopes to pursue a degree in business

David Palosika (Phoenix, AZ – 220 lbs.)

• Second-place finisher at 2020 Arizona state championships
• Finished senior season with a 48-5 record
• Placed third as a junior at 220 pounds
• Left Mountain Pointe High School with the most career wins and the highest win total in a season
• Looking to pursue a degree in biology

Ricky Roberto (Marietta, GA -- 145 lbs.)

• Second-place finisher at 2019 Georgia state championships
• Plans to pursue a degree in architectural studies
• Three-time state placer
• Sustained a 4.38 GPA throughout high school
