TEMPE - The Sun Devil wrestling team will be in action for the first time this season on Saturday, Dec. 19 at noon for their annual Maroon and Gold Intrasquad. The Maroon and Gold Intrasquad will take place at Desert Financial Arena and will be available for fans to follow along via ASU Live Stream.
The intrasquad will include 10 bouts, giving fans a look at projected starters at each weight class for the coming season.
FloWrestling ranked ASU No. 1 in the Pac-12. Sun Devil wrestlers Brandon Courtney, Michael McGee, Jacori Teemer, Anthony Valencia, Kordell Norfleet and Cohlton Schultz are all ranked first in their respective weight classes. Redshirt freshman Julian Chlebove and senior Cade Belshay are ranked third, redshirt freshman Trey Munoz fourth and freshman Jesse Vasquez sixth in their classes.
