ASU led 61-49 at the 15:11 mark of the second half when Jaden McDaniels hit a three that started a 16-4 Husky rally that tied the game with 10:16 left.
Rob Edwards scored a game-high 23 points for the Sun Devils, hitting five out of 11 attempts from behind-the-arc. Two other Sun Devils reached double-digits in points, Alonzo Verge Jr. with 19 and Taeshon Cherry with 13.
ASU went on a run 10-0 run in the first half, but the Huskies were able to quickly pull back within two with a run of their own. Washington eventually took the lead but back-to-back threes and a personal 8-0 by Verge gave Arizona State the lead at halftime.

"I think we could have gotten better shots, especially my shots," Remy Martin said. "They've been going in a good amount of time this year, but it just wasn't falling. I just need to find something else if it's not falling to try and affect the game."
Arizona State coach Bobby Hurley said his team didn't do a good job of getting back on defense when Washington rallied in the second half.
"At home, you've got to win these type of games this time of year," Hurley said. "You can't afford to lose these games. But credit to Washington -- they have the players and a great coach."
Rob Edwards led the way at halftime with 11 points with nine points from three as ASU led 45-41.
Arizona State continued building on their lead, getting up to a game-high of 12. However, Washington would claw back, tying the game and then taking a one-point lead with 5:48 left. ASU would not take the lead back the rest of the way.
Arizona State turned the ball over six times and shot 25 percent (5-of-20) from three in the second half.
The Sun Devils will play their final regular season game of the season against Washington State on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network.
