TEMPE, Ariz. – For the second week in a row, No. 21 Arizona State gymnastics will compete in a quad meet on the road, this time in Denver to compete against No. 6 Denver, No. 18 Nebraska and Pittsburgh.
The Gym Devils (8-8) are coming off of their best road score. They earned a 196.150 in the quad meet at Penn State last Saturday. The team took second and had three individual event winners: Morgan Wilson on vault (9.900), Cairo Leonard-Baker on bars (9.925) and Corinne Belkoff on floor (9.900).
In the latest Road to Nationals Rankings, ASU held steady at No. 21. The team is ranked in the top 25 in three events: No. 17 on bars, No. 19 on beam and No. 20 on vault. Representing the Sun Devils, Leonard-Baker is tied for No. 8 on bars in the nation. She has won six bars titles this season.
