Romello White put up his first double-double of the year, tying a team-high 14 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. White only missed one field goal in the game, going 6-for-7 on the night. The game was tight throughout the second half with 12 lead changes, as there were 10 ties and 18 lead changes total in the game.
"Remy (Martin) didn't have his usual game, and we were able to weather the storm," Sun Devil head coach Bobby Hurley said. "Good things happen when we get the ball to Romello. We have multiple guys that we think can impact winning for us at the offensive end. We just have to get a little more balanced."
