TEMPE, Ariz. -- Head coach Trisha Ford, and the Sun Devil softball program, announced the team's seven-game fall slate Thursday afternoon.
Following an incredibly successful 2019 season that saw the Sun Devils set program records in terms of offensive production, Ford and company are eager to get back on the field in preparation for the 2020 season.
The first fall test is scheduled for Sept. 28, with a noon game against Phoenix College, before continuing the fall slate with an Oct. 5 meeting with Yavapai College at 6:00 p.m. MST. Following the meeting with Yavapai, the team will host an intersquad scrimmage on Oct. 11, at 6:00 p.m. PT.
The team will continue competition the following Friday, Oct. 18, with a 6 p.m. tilt against Central Arizona, before hosting South Mountain on Oct. 25.
The Fall schedule will continue for the Sun Devils the following week with a pair of games starting on Wednesday Oct. 30 against Mesa Community College, before wrapping up fall play on Nov. 1, against Gilbert CC.
Fans can also make plans to join the team at their annual Golden Forks Award Banquet on September 29, or join the team out on the links for the 2019 Sun Devil Golf Tournament on Sunday, November 3.
